*Increase gate to reduce gate velocity. (done on 7-10-2003)
*Reduce shot speed if possible. (JB)
CAUSE #2 - ACTION ITEMS
*Customer to investigate their shipping methods (Customer)
CAUSE #3 - ACTION ITEMS
*Investigate all parameters of the process. (special emphasis on dwell time and shot speed) (JB)
CAUSE #4 AND #5 - ACTION ITEMS
*Request chamfer in lieu of radii. (TP)
CAUSE #6 - ACTION ITEMS
*Send two parts to material vendor to verify alloy. (DP)
CAUSE #7 - ACTION ITEMS
*Measure draft on center core. (DP)

*Look for cracks at machining on next run. (PC)
